Tender Description
Hamilton City Council is seeking proposals from suitably experienced parties for a Parks and Recreation Asset Booking Software Upgrade.
Hamilton City Council Parks and Recreation Unit manage over 200 sports fields which are used throughout the year by several sporting organisations, over 100 parks and playgrounds which can be booked by the public for special events and several Community Facilities available for use by the public/community groups (Enderley Park Community Centre and Te Rapa Sportsdrome).
The expected term of this contract is 1 April 2020 -31 March 2023.
