Description:
The National Library of Australia (Library) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced construction head contractor (Contractor) to undertake alterations, refurbishments and upgrades to the existing HVAC systems across all floors of the Library (Works). The Works include the demolition and removal of a number of items of HVAC plant and equipment and the supply, installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems. It is proposed that the Works will be delivered in 5 stages, across 5 years.
