RFT CSIRO Cafe Services

⁠⁠⁠CSIRO is seeking to engage Licensee/s to provide a range os cafe style food and beverages services at CSIRO's Battery Point site in Hobart, Tasmania.

The site, locates 3-4 Castray Esplanade, hobart, has a fitted-out commercial kitchen and cafe space allowing for the provision of cafe services to staff and visitors. The cafe space seats 80-100, CSIRO has approx. 400 staff on site. The ground floor canteen is approx, 342 m2 in size. Hours of operation are 7:00am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday. CSIRO currently has a contractor operating until 30 April 2020.

The purpose of the Services is to provide an enjoyable, efficient, cost-competitive and convenient service for patrons. The outcome of this arrangement should be of mutual benefit to both CSIRO and the Licensee/s.

There will be a mandatory site inspection Tuesday 28 January at 11:00.
