Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the construction of a cricket practice facility, including realignment of footpath near Montmorency Oval. The site is located at 4 Dobson Road, Montmorency VIC 3094.
The works are generally incorporated in the attached drawings and requirements specifications, which includes but is not limited to:
- Construction of concrete pavements (incorporating perimeter edge beams)
- Covering of the pavement with cricket quality artificial grass.
- Realignment of 2.5m wide footpath
- Fencing with a combination of black pvc coated chain-mesh and a series draw curtains. The main enclosure will also be roofed with curtain nets.
- Installation of 6 luminaire, low level LED Lighting System and associated footings, cabling and trenches.
- Installation of new drainage including soakage pits, u drains and grating.
The contractor is to familiarise themselves with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall take into account any additional or incidental works not specifically listed.
