Provision of Kerbside Collection Services for Green Waste

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide kerbside collection services for green waste within the Kingborough Municipality in Tasmania. The base contract services include disposal of collected material at nominated facilities and ongoing management of bin stocks. Tenderers are also required to include pricing of separable portions for initial bulk supply and deployment of new bins.

Whilst the request for tender includes pricing of separable portions (which may or may not be included in a subsequent contract) for supply and deployment of the initial bulk supply of new bins, tenders for supply and/or deployment of bins only will not be considered.
Closing Time: 2.00 pm Wednesday 12th February 2020.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11:30am on Wednesday 29th January 2020 at Kingborough Council Civic Centre, 15 Channel Highway, Kingston, Tasmania 7050. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum . Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box . Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again.

Tenders not fully uploaded to the electronic tender box by the Closing Time will not be received nor considered. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
