Tender Description
The Morley-Ellenbrook Line (MEL) is a 21km line, intersecting the Midland line at Bayswater; with five new stations at Morley, Noranda, Malaga, Whiteman Park and Ellenbrook.
The Scope of Work for the MEL comprises the design, construction, commissioning and final asset acceptance of the new railway infrastructure and stations, including necessary modifications to the existing train control systems and interconnection with the existing passenger rail line network.
