The Bloomfield Group invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contractor's for the provision of the Group's Total Waste Management Services including but not limited to; General Waste, Recycling (co-mingled, paper, cardboard and plastic packaging), Timber, Oil Filters, Hydraulic Hoses, Air Filters, Oily Rags, Plant Batteries, Domestic Household Batteries, Toner & Cartridges, Fluorescent Bulbs, Liquid Waste & Scrap Metals.
The purpose of the EOI process is to select prospective tenderers as part of a two-stage procurement process, involving both open Expressions of Interest (EOI) to establish interested parties, followed by the issue of a restricted Invitation to Tender (ITT), to a short-listed group of respondents to this EOI.
Invitations to participate in the second stage (ITT) may be restricted to respondents who have submitted a response to the EOI and who are accepted by The Bloomfield Group to be placed on a shortlist.
The issue of this request for EOI does not commit or otherwise oblige The Bloomfield Group to proceed with any part or steps of the process.
