Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invites tenders for the construction of a new skate park facility adjacent Leichhardt Oval No. 3. The project scope of works includes:

removal of existing trees and
construction of a concrete surfaced skating surfaces,
lighting,
concrete footpaths,
shade shelters,
car parking,
general park furniture and
landscape works.

There will not be a project briefing held for this tender

Costs incurred in preparing Tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the RFT documentation. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. The canvassing of Councillors or Council Officers in regards to this RFT will cause the Tenderer to be disqualified.
