As the national directory of vocational education and training (VET), the My Skills website (https://www.myskills.gov.au) an Australian Government initiative, strives to improve the quality and accessibility of information available for VET consumers and provides the ability to search for, and compare, VET qualifications and RTOs. My Skills receives over 2.5 million visits per year, and has been growing at around 25 per cent annually since it was launched.

The successful seller will design, develop, test, and release a new version of the My Skills website, including a secure portal for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and provide hosting, maintenance and support services for the new My Skills website and RTO portal during Beta stage.
User research and findings understood from previous stages (Discovery, consumer Alpha, and RTO Alpha) will be built from the ground-up. The new website and portal will be tested with real users (consumers and RTOs) and stakeholders, and iterated whilst in private and, eventually, public Beta environments until an improved new service is released and current services are retired by June 2021.
Shortlisted sellers may be invited to present their proposal before a final decision on successful seller is made.
