Suitably endorsed Tenders marked 'RFT 2020/01 Allawah Lodge Stage 2 and 3' are invited and will be received by the undersigned until 5:00pm, 28 February 2020.

Coolamon Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake works to the Allawah Lodge Complex, located in Coolamon NSW.

The proposed work consist of:

• Stage 2: Alterations/Additions to existing kitchen and laundry areas and creation of new delivery dock.
• Stage 3: Alterations to residents lounge, upgrade to existing courtyard, construction of new dining are and associated internal alts and additions to create centrally located nurses station and reception office.

Works must be sequenced/undertaken to ensure that facility remains operational during construction period, which may result in works being delivered outside of nominated stage descriptions.

All works must be completed in full by 1 November 2020.

All tender submissions shall be for the full project, identifying both a lump sum project cost in addition to individual project component costs (for stage 2 and 3).
