Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Works comprise the provision of all labour, supervision, support facilities, transportation, materials, construction plant and equipment and other items necessary for the design and construction of the Iron Bridge Port Site Offices including:
• Ablution block;
• Site office and meeting rooms;
• Electrical technician’s office;
• Crib facility;
• Gate house;
• Detailed earthworks and trenching; and
• Tie in of utilities to existing infrastructure for site electrical and potable water.
The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSC4012 Site Offices – Port is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
