The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) is seeking appropriately credentialed organisations to demonstrate their capacity, capability and experience to successfully deliver Independent Reviewer services to provide a condition assessment and recommendations on the current condition of the Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) assets.
The Independent Reviewer services are a requirement under the FSH Facilities Management Services Contract to assess that the Hospital and the Site are in a condition which meets the Handover Conditions.
The proposed procurement process will be a two-stage process of an EOI followed by a Restricted Proposal to shortlisted respondents as outlined below:
Stage 1: Publicly advertised Expression of Interest (EOI) inviting responses from the market.
Stage 2: Restricted Proposals from shortlisted EOI respondents.
EOI will be issued mid January 2020.
