Tender Description
A unique opportunity exists to help the Department of Education (DoE) to acquire leading edge learning management software and associated services for Teachers, Students and Staff alike to access across the State.
Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer (ITO) No. QED97197 to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with multiple Suppliers. DoE is also seeking to engage a Supplier under the established SOA, via a Request for Quote (RFQ), to replace the department’s current Learning Management System (LMS). For clarity, please note that Suppliers responding to this ITO are not required to respond to the RFQ, it is optional.
