Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Southern Cross University invites Requests for Tenders (RFT) for the provision of Preventative Maintenance to the Mechanical Services.
The initial Contract term is for (3) years, subject to satisfactory performance that will be determined by Southern Cross University with an option to extend for a further (2) years by (2) year options exercisable at the sole discretion of the University.
The nature of the Contract is an annual lump sum, per campus location. Tenderers are invited to submit pricing for individual locations or entire portfolio.

The successful Contractor must provide all labour, management, materials, equipment, overheads and profit associated with the delivery of the requirements as specified under the Contract.


The Contract is a:
a) an annual lump sum per building at each campus;
b) a schedule of labour rates for adhoc services;
The Contractor must provide a level of service that ensures the requirements of Annexure 1. Specification and Annexure 2. Quality Requirements are met at all times and each campus location is provided with the level of service specified whilst maintaining compliance with the relevant standards and legislation.
The general objectives of this Contract are that the Contractor:
a) provides a professional and experienced preventative maintenance service ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations;
b) is transparent in the delivery and communication of the services; and
c) provides a cost effective service that minimises disruptions and breakdowns.
