Tender Description

The project involves the refurbishment of the existing Tenterfield Shire Council Riley Street Depot Administration Building to incorporate a general refurbishment of the building as a whole including:

  • demolition,
  • new ceilings,
  • new carpet and
  • floor coverings,
  • lighting,
  • mechanical ventilation and
  • a new amenities reconfiguration as documented in the architectural drawings and schedules.
