⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE TENDER:

Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money.Tenderers may tender for one or all of the required areas of law as listed;

• Administrative & Local Government
• Environmental Planning Building & Development Control
• Governance & Contract Matters
• Industrial Relations & Employment
• Property & Conveyancing
• Work Health & Safety and Workers Compensation
• Local Court and Land & Environment Court

Council will have the absolute discretion of the number of Tenderers which will make up the Panel for Legal Services. The contract term will be for a period of four years from the 1 October 2020 ending 30 September 2024

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Procurement via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the Tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a response which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the Submission complete.

The Tenderer shall not submit a response without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
