Located on the old Panorama House Site, close to the Castle Hill Road summit, the site will provide a new commercial catering and event space for the region. This venue is intended to create a desirable destination for visitors and locals alike. The site will include an adjacent landscaped 'Activation Space' that will be an extension of the catering and event space offering and will be a space for general public use and pop-up events.

Due to the sensitivity of the site, the project aims to blend with the surrounding landscape through appropriate sitting, massing, and material selection. Where possible, the catering and event space with associated works will respond to the existing terrain to minimise the impact on the site. The structure is lightweight and utilises structure, roof and floor systems that can be installed quickly. Materials have been selected for ease of construction and longevity.
