Tender Description
The department is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) in relation to an Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS) to improve its management of risks, recommendations, actions, registers, and obligations
The EIMS will play a significant role in enhancing the department’s capacity to manage, monitor and report on:
- strategic, operational and project risks
- internal and external recommendations, including status and progress updates
- the status of allocated actions
- compliance with government and legal obligations, including attestations
- management of key registers including gifts and benefits declarations as well as registers for boards and committees
