UNSW is looking to engage a vendor partner with a demonstrated track record provisioning SIP Hosting and Video Bridging and once deployed, managing as an ongoing service in a complex and changing environment.

UNSW have a variety of communications solutions that are used by various staff and students, and the current Video Conferencing (VC), Voice, and Tele-Conferencing tools and infrastructure have led to an overlap in functionality and capability being delivered by multiple services.
The VoIP solution has been selected to transform the telephony services within UNSW. The primary objectives of this project is to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and improve voice and video customer experience for UNSW staff and students. The VoIP project aims to deliver this in part by providing reliable and consistent end-user experience with seamless voice and video services.
