Tenders are invited by the Torres Strait Island Regional Council (the Principal) for the Construction of the following works under the Indigenous Councils Critical Infrastructure Program (ICCIP): Saibai Sewerage Treatment Plant

The contract is for the replacement of the Saibai wastewater treatment plant, specifically in order of works below:

Provision of temporary bypass treatment for the construction of the new plant.
Demolition of the existing plant
Foundation works (i.e. raft slab)
Construction/ installation of new process plant
Commissioning of the plant to meet licence limits, and
All other works as indicated on the Drawings and in accordance with the Contract
The works will be delivered under an Australian Standard (AS2124) Contract.
