Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the public domain upgrade along Military Road in Neutral Bay East and Cremorne Central.
Works include the demolition and reconstruction of footpath paving (concrete pavers on reinforce concrete base); installation of new landscaped garden beds and restoration and planting of above ground planters; replacement and/or addition of street furniture and signs, adjustment of services pits (telecommunications, Electrical, Sydney Water, RMS, Gas, etc.); installation of new EPDM rubber surface to existing tree pits; repairs and painting to existing pedestrian fencing and other associated works.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at: The Geddes Room, 200 Miller Street, North Sydney on THURSDAY 16th JANUARY 2020 commencing at 10:00am.
