Procure the services of a single multi-discipline team to work with the project partners to deliver against the project objectives by progressing the existing concept design for the redevelopment of the Breakout Creek area between Tapleys Hill Road and Seaview Road (commonly known as “Stage 3”) through detailed design, to construction and planting, to final completion and formal confirmation of asset acceptance by the eventual asset owners.
