Keppel Sands is an out of the way village-style settlement with a hotel/motel, caravan park, local store, primary school, two boat ramps and picnic area by the beach. Located on the mouth of the Coorooman Creek, Keppel Sands is a popular fishing and crabbing location.

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking submissions from an enthusiastic and motivated person(s) to manage the Keppel Sands Caravan Park.

Objective

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for a Management Agreement – Keppel Sands Caravan Park Tender No. 1045T as per specification.

The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services in accordance with the specification.

The Councils’ requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Specification).
