Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the design and construction of a multiuse sports field located at the Fisherman Road Maroochydore Multisport Complex. Included in this tender package is the approved layout and concept design for the site.

This is a lump sum design and construct contract.

Design Works will include, but not be limited to:

  • Preliminary/ Final Design - Key contract milestones Hold Point 1
  • Detailed Design – Key contract milestones Hold Point 2
  • Council Review meetings
  • Permits and Unity Water approvals.
  • Full commissioning and provision of handover documentation including ADAC.

Construction Works will include, but not be limited to:

  • Site preparation including the removal of the existing regrowth vegetation;
  • Existing site conditions and material;
  • Civil works, carpark & associated works;
  • Drainage;
  • Irrigation ;
  • Pathways, Fencing, Goal posts, seats;
  • Landscaping;
  • Sports Turf and growing media;
  • Electrical Lighting & Carpark lighting;
  • Full commissioning and provision of handover documentation including ADAC;
  • Maintenance
