Tender Description
Tenders are invited for ecological restoration, assisted natural regeneration, revegetation and maintenance works at the Gull'bu rah Environment Reserve at Fig Tree Lane, Yandina Creek.
The successful Contractor will be required to perform these works in accordance with Attachment 1 – Technical Specification.
The scope of work includes
- site set out and preparation,
- photo monitoring point set up,
- initial weed management,
- tubestock installation,
- and establishment.
Included will be a five (5) year maintenance program, ending in 2025.
The successful Contractor will also be required to undertake detailed and comprehensive monitoring, and submit high level performance reporting, throughout the five (5) year program in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators for the project
