Wynyard Waterfront Multi-Use Community Facility

Tenders are called for the construction of the Wynyard Waterfront Multi-Use Community Facility with building works comprising club rooms, meeting rooms, change rooms, boat storage, cafe and public toilets and associated works including car parks, roadworks, landscaping and services. Demolition of the existing Yacht Club building is included in this work.

Tenders are to be either uploaded (see option below), or placed in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Tenders: Contract #743 Wynyard Waterfront Multi-Use Community Facility" and deposited in the Tender Box in the foyer of the Council Chambers, Saunders Street, Wynyard, or mailed to Tender Box, PO Box 168 Wynyard.

Waratah-Wynyard Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Waratah-Wynyard Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
