As the next stage in the commissioning of the Future ITC Services model of care, NQPHN is calling for Registrations of Interest (ROI), from a wider range of providers who are interested in participation including;
• Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations,
• General Practice providers
• Allied health service providers
• Primary health care and specialist services
• Consumers and their carers of ITC services,
• Community members,
• Hospital and Health Service staff
to participate in interactive workshops to define implementation models related to the recommended ITC service and chronic condition prevention models and allied health services which are to commence from July 2020.
