Tender Description
We are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced commercial cleaning vendors for the provision of services.
Planned Cleaning Services
Includes those services required to ensure the level of cleanliness at the depot meets Western Power’s minimum standards and are performed against a time schedule.
Specialised Cleaning Services
Are periodic in nature and may require specialised cleaning equipment or cleaning techniques either at set intervals or as required, e.g. specialised floor cleaning for carpet cleaning and extraction.
Reactive Cleaning Services
Are services that require urgent rectification and are additional to the Planned Cleaning Services as requested by Western Power.
Consumables Supply and Restocking
Includes all consumables required to perform the above tasks and to be supplied in the delivery of the services.
