Completion of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital G Block Roof Repair

⁠⁠⁠G block is the main building for the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) that provides patients with medical services, clinical treatments and critical care. The building houses the Emergency Department, surgical theatres and an intensive care unit a large number of clinical care wards.

The North Metropolitan Health Service – Development is seeking responses from registered builders with the requisite roofing experience to undertake roof replacement and associated works to the specified areas of levels 8,9,10,11 and 12 due to the corrosion of the existing roof cover. A portion of the existing roof area has insulation with inadequate noise absorbing properties. The insulation in these areas has to be replaced with insulation material having better noise control properties.

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the Request documentation. The successful Respondent must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria. .

The scope of works & specification requirements are specified in Schedule 2 under item 1.2, of this Request.
