Tender Description
The “Marine Switchboards Package” shall include HV & LV switchboards which will be located in marine side of the FPSO. Ambient temperature for marine shall be considered as 40 Deg.C. Below is the list of switchboards and distribution boards;
1) 11kV, 2000A, 50KA (1Sec.), 3-Ph Marine HV Switchboard (TD-HVSB-6020C) with
following feeders;
- Incomer from Essential DG – 2Nos.
- Outgoing Transformer Feeders – 2Nos.
- Interconnecting Feeders to Topsides Switchboard – 2Nos.
- Outgoing Motor Feeders – 9Nos.
- Bus-Tie Feeders – 1Nos.
- Bus PTs – 2Nos.
Salient specification of 11kV Switchboards:
The switchgear shall have the capability of containing internal arcing fault in accordance with IEC 62271-200 and shall be AFLR design classification and defined as LSC2B-PM. Arc chute plenums (using duct suppressant wire gauge) shall vent any arc fault plasma gas to switchboard room (inside the building). All protection relays shall have communication facility ports suitable for IEC 61850 communication
protocol for interfacing with Power Management System (PMS). Supplier shall be responsible for internal looping of the relays and ensuring compatibility and interfacing with PMS. Switchboard shall be suitable for connecting VESDA piping to each panel. Busbars shall be silver plated copper fully insulated. Switchboard shall be IP42 minimum. The 11kV switchboard shall have online continuous partial
discharge monitoring system (with HFCTs and PD Monitor + Data Recorder) for motor and generator feeders.
2) 440V, 5000A, 80KA (1Sec.), 3-Ph Marine Main Switchboard (TD-MSB-6005) with following feeders;
- Incomer from Marine Transformer (3.5MVA) – 2Nos.
- Interconnecting Feeders to other Switchboards
- Bus-Tie Feeder – 1Nos.
Salient specification of 440V Switchboards:
The switchgear shall have the capability of containing internal arcing fault in accordance with IEC 62271-200 and shall be AFLR design classification and defined as LSC2B-PM. Arc chute plenums (using duct suppressant wire gauge) shall vent any arc fault plasma gas to a safe area, inside the building. All IEDs for motor feeders and feeder protection relays shall have communication facility ports suitable
for IEC 61850 communication protocol for interfacing with Power Management System (PMS). Supplier shall be responsible for internal looping of the relays and ensuring compatibility and interfacing with PMS. The incomers and bus-tie shall be electrically interlocked (2 out of 3 logic).
3) 440V, 5000A, 80KA (1Sec.), 3-Ph Emergency Switchboard (MD-ESB-6015) with following feeders;
- Incomers from EDG (1.8MW) – 1Nos.
- Incomers from MSB – 1Nos.
- Bus-Tie Feeder – 1Nos
Salient specification of 440V Switchboards:
Same as Item-2 above.
4) 400V, 630A, 25KA (1Sec.), 3-Ph, 4W, TPN, Galley, Laundry and Small Power
Main DB (TD-LDP-6110) with following feeders;
- Incomers from Transformers (300KVA) – 2Nos.
- Bus-Tie Feeder – 1Nos.
5) 230V, 800A, 25KA (1Sec.), 3-Ph, 3W, Emergency Lighting Main DB (MD-LDP6115A) with following feeders;
- Incomer from Transformers (300KVA) – 1No.
- Incomer from Normal Main Lighting DB – 1No. with Key Interlocking
6) 230V, 800A, 25KA (1Sec.), 3-Ph, 3W, Normal Lighting Main DB (TD-LDP-6105A)
with following feeders;
- Incomer from Transformers (300KVA) – 1No.
- Incomer from Normal Main Lighting DB – 1No. with Key Interlocking
