Chiltern Destination Playground Business Case

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this expression of interest is to explore the feasibility of a destination playground in Chiltern and to develop a business case which will support future project funding and implementation.

The development of the Business Case will be underpinned by the following objectives:

1. Identifies and evaluates the value of the project concept
2. Aligns project scope and preliminary design considerations with local, state and national policy and priorities and considers investment opportunities
3. Outlines the economic, social and environmental benefits and risks of the Chiltern Destination Playground
4. Considers the financial implications for action and inaction of the project
5. Integrates the project concept with Chiltern Connectivity Plan, Lake Precinct Master Plan, Chiltern Goods Shed Strategic Plan, and any National Park priorities.

Submission of quotation

Quotations are to be submitted, before 2pm 14 January 2020, via email to tenders@indigoshire.vic.gov.au.

Quotations received later than the indicated closing time or submitted by any other means will be deemed non-conforming and may be considered at the sole discretion of Council.

Quotations shall be clearly marked “Chiltern Destination Playground – 19/4943”
