The department is implementing a project to transition to a modern, contextual and persona driven SharePoint Online based intranet solution, leveraging a third party intranet in a box solution, and is seeking services to assist with -

1. Intranet User Experience Services – Facilitation of User Experience activities within the department to inform the design of a new modern digital workplace built on SharePoint Online and a third party Intranet-in-a-box solution. To include;
a. User workshops;
b. User persona development (up to 5);
c. Journey mapping; and
d. Prototyping (paper/digital).

2. Intranet Design Services – Utilising the outcomes of the User Experience stage (above), and defined user personas, develop a modern target state intranet design that will support persona/personalised content delivery, aligned to the departmental ICT strategy, that leverages current best practice and user centered design principles. The solution must align to the departmental roadmap for O365 and include;
a. Look and feel;
b. A minimum of 5 page layouts; and
c. Interactive design prototyping.
