The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is the professional medical College of over 17,000 physicians and 8,000 trainee physicians, often referred to as specialists, in Australia and New Zealand. The College has over 350 employees across its Australian and New Zealand operations.
The College covers a broad range of medical specialities including general medicine, paediatrics and child health, cardiology, respiratory medicine, neurology, oncology, public health medicine, sexual health medicine, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric medicine, and addiction medicine. Beyond the drive for medical excellence, the RACP is committed to developing health and social policies which bring vital improvements to the wellbeing of patients.
The College offers 61 training pathways. These lead to the award of one of seven qualifications that alight with 45 specialist titles recognised by the Medical Board of Australia or allow for registration in nine vocational scopes with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
About the Tender
The College is looking to increase the commercial use of credit and purchase cards for RACP staffs to pay for transactions between $1,000-$5,000.
The objective of this Tender is to improve its expense management processes for low value, high volume transactions and to improve monitoring and compliance of transactions in line with the RACP policies and procedures. The College is seeking to issue over 100 cards to its staff across Australia and New Zealand. The specifications are set out in the tender documents attached to this tender notice.
