Tender Description
The Management Agency, National American Foulbrood Pest Management Plan (Management Agency) invites interested suppliers to submit registrations of interest to supply:
- a cloud based (SaaS) solution that provides customer relationship management (CRM), geographical information system (GIS) and reporting capability (the CRM Solution); and/or
- a financial management information system (FMIS) or upgrade/update its current FMIS (See below).
The new CRM Solution will replace the Management Agency's current Apiary database.
The Management Agency will evaluate proposed FMIS solutions and/or implementers and then decide on one of three options:
- retain its current FMIS (MYOB); or
- upgrade/update its current FMIS; or
- replace its current FMIS with a new product.
The CRM, GIS and Reporting components of the CRM Solution must be integrated. The CRM and FMIS solutions must be robust and proven applications with an intuitive easy to use interface to cater for the needs of a disparate range of users each with different backgrounds, experience and skill levels. It is essential that the solution be accessible via the web and on mobile devices. Additionally, the solution needs to be supported in New Zealand by a competent implementation partner.
