Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for streetscape upgrades at Cribb Street, Landsborough.

The program of works includes, but is not limited to:

  • Demolition of existing pavements, landscape, drainage, road/pedestrian lighting;
  • Modifications and relocations of existing services, including coordination with service authorities;
  • Minor drainage works, including realignment/reconstruction of kerb and channel;
  • Civil works including road pavement and kerb works, line marking and signage;
  • Removal of existing Rate 2 road lighting and supply and installation of metered road pedestrian and feature lighting and power supply;
  • Future communication provisions (conduit, pits, cabinet footings);
  • Minor earthworks;
  • Hard landscaping, including decorative concrete footpaths, paving and decking;
  • Soft landscaping, including planting, topsoiling, mulching, establishment and maintenance;
  • Coordination and installation of place making pieces and bespoke seating and timber pergola structures;
  • Design and installation of landscape irrigation system.
