Tender Description
Expression of interest are being sought for the lease of portions of the Badgingarra Research Facility.
Closing date for submissions 4pm Thursday 17, January 2020.
- Proposed leases area 240 ha (approx) suitable for cropping/livestock with trial work supporting regenerative agriculture being favourably considered.
- The Department of Primary Industries and regional Development (DPIRD) reserving the right to negotiate variations to agreed lease area annually, subject to its research requirements.
- Terms of leave five years commencing 29th February 2020 with a further two, twenty four months period at the sole discretion of the Lessor.
- Respondents to provide an annual lease fee as $/per ha (GST inclusive) basis, a demonstrated experience and capacity to meet their obligations.
- The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
