Western Turner Syncline Phase 2 Stage 2 Project - Paramedical Services

⁠⁠⁠The scope of work includes the provision of paramedical services for RTIO WTS2 sites to support the construction activities for new plant and infrastructure at WTS2, upgrades to existing WTS1 and Tom Price infrastructure, off-site water infrastructure
and for coverage at the construction camp.

Specific Scope Requirements: Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to
complete the following tasks:

•  Provide full-time paramedic coverage to the WTS2 Sites (multiple workfronts / sites) and construction camp.
•  Provide initial and follow up treatment without limitation for injuries and illnesses including vaccinations and after hour’s callout.
•  Provide incident response medical treatment and medical care in the event of medical emergencies.
•  Provide medical Services from the Company’s medical facilities and manage day-to-day operation of the Company’s first aid facilities as outlined in Contract Specifications.
•  Drug and Alcohol and hydration testing.
•  Provide a suitably qualified general practitioner of medicine to attend Site.
•  Provide a suitably qualified consultant to perform contaminant, dust, noise, lighting measurements and subsequent reports.
•  Initial Establishment of the Company supplied First Aid Facilities and maintain health records.
•  Establish and maintain a network of contacts for local medical practitioners available to provide assistance and advice. This will include medical practitioners, hospitals, Royal Flying Doctors Service (RFDS), Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and Ambulance Services.
•  Provide nationally accredited first aid training on Site for nominated personnel to qualify attendees to the level of ‘Senior First Aid’, ‘Work Place First Aid’ or others as approved by the Engineer.
•  Conduct training courses and sessions in first aid and health related subjects.
