Scope of Work
- Expand shower facilities within Rocklea Palms Village.
- Add a locker facility to contain 200 additional lockers at Rocklea Palms Village
Including but not limited to:
- Design, Supply and Install modular buildings for new shower blocks. The two shower blocks are to contain a total of 45 showers. Works include the design of the modular building (layout provided by RTIO), supply and install (along with verandas, concrete footpaths, building footings, service connections to nearest service).
- Design, Supply and Install modular buildings containing 200 lockers. Works include the design of the modular building (layout provided by RTIO), supply and install (along with lockers, verandas, concrete footpaths, building footings, service connections to nearest service).
- Demolish and remove the existing shower block that contains 14 shower units from site. Design, Supply and Install a modular building ablution block in its place.
