Tender Description
This RFI is being used to gather market research for WorkSafe New Zealand (WorkSafe) regarding their contact centre technology options. Vendors responding to the RFI will be an institution or organisation delivering contact centre software or the likes of call centre software for a small to medium size contact centre. WorkSafe expects their agents with the software to handle up to one hundred thousand (100 000) calls per annum with the ability to scale to the number of agents utilising the platform.
All options for supply are valid and will be considered.
