Tender Description
Identify and implement a potential solution to process FOI requests which involves a significant amount of administrative work in managing the matter, searching for and retrieving documents, reviewing and redacting documents and, finally, drafting and releasing the decision.
Below is the scope of this solution:
- Validate, Register and Resource an FOI request – (Optional)
- Carry our “Search and Retrieve” functions for documents, In a Line Area, in response to an FOI request - (Optional)
- Carry our “Analysis” functions for documents, in a Line Area, in response to an FOI request – (Mandatory)
- Review, Assess and Compile document sets packages before making a final recommendation in response to an FOI request - (Mandatory)
- Finalise and Provide FOI Information - (Mandatory)
