Tender Description
The University currently provides a limited number of car parks for staff and students on campus. The demand for car parks is greater than the supply and the administration and management of the carparking operation is manual and labour intensive. This has created a general sense of dissatisfaction with carparking at the university.
Property Services are seeking information regarding products and services that are used to provide carpark management solutions to organisations with a diverse set of carparking requirements.
The purpose of this RFI is to:
- Understand the carpark management solutions available in the NZ/AUS market place
- Obtain a high-level overview of the capabilities of different products and services
- Seek alternative solutions to the University’s pain points regarding carpark management
The outcome of the RFI process is to identify a carpark management solution that will:
- Increase staff satisfaction and productivity
- Improve contractor and visitor experiences
- Reduce enforcement requirement
- Reduce administration overhead
- Remove the need for a physical permit
