Methanex is looking for a solution that will capture contract labour time and materials, to replace an existing system built in unsustainable technology and outdated architecture.

Methanex are specifically looking for a commercially available cloud SaaS solution that will meet Methanex requirements, implementation services, and whole of life maintenance support. Ideally the respondent will have a strong New Zealand / Asia-Pacific presence.
Ideally the new solution will allow Methanex to:
1. Provide easier access for contracting parties required to use the system, enabling them a "self-service" way of time and materials cost capture
2. Provide better visibility of information to Methanex approvers
3. Improve integrity of data entered through increased use of rules-based validations to result in more accurate cost capture and payment
4. Lessen administrative burden by minimizing manual processes
5. Streamline the end-to-end process through to month-end cost reconciliation.
