Tender Description
Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers to undertake Council’s 2019/20 Roads to Recovery Program (the Works). Completion of the Works is required by March 2020.
2.2 The Council will enter into a Schedule of Rates (SOR) contract with the successful Tenderer(s). The program of Works includes Works on the roads in the following table. Tenderers note that the scope and quantities shown are indicative only and are subject to change on measurement of the site.
2.3 The Council may appoint a panel of Contractors should it be of the opinion that more than one Contractor is required in order to complete the Works in a timely manner.
