Level 4 Eastgate Office, Bondi Junction - Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠ Waverly Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for level 4 Eastgate Office Refurbishment, Spring Street, Bondi junction.

Waverly Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor team to undertake refurbishment of the office area on level 4 of the Eastgate building, Bondi Junction. The works include full strip out and refit of the office and lunchroom area, together with the refresh upgrade of the existing amenities and access areas. it also includes the upgrade to the existing air conditioning system.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
