ABOUT THIS TENDER:
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the Provision of Cleaning Services at CEX International Stadium, Coffs Harbour under a preferred agreement for the period of one year with a possible one-year extension.

SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses should be submitted electronically via the  electronic tender box which is Council's preferred method for submissions. 
Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title number RFQ-1202-QO, and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located in Customer Service Centre, corner of Coff and Castle Streets, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, by the nominated time and date. Late, verbal, faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tenders close at 10am on 18th December 2019 and submissions must be fully uploaded by this time. Please be aware that your documents (and those of other tenderers being uploaded immediately prior to the Tender closing date/time) might adversely affect document upload times. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantag
