The Shire of Kojonup gives notice in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 that it proposes to lease Part A of Lot 9999, Thornbury Close, Kojonup (Parent Lot 9999 on Deposited Plan 39776, Certificate of Title Volume 2670 Folio 367) by offer and acceptance. Part A of Lot 9999, Thornbury Close, Kojonup is 37,900 m² (3.79 hectares), is zoned Industrial, and has frontage on its eastern boundary to Roche Street and frontage on its northern boundary to Thornbury Close.
The market rental valuation of the property, obtained from a licensed property valuer on 30 October 2019, was $9,500.00 per annum. The Shire of Kojonup proposes to lease the property for $9,500.00 per annum for two years with a first option to purchase when the lease expires. The other party concerned is Syd Matthews & Co Ltd.
