Tender Description
On behalf of the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES), the Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) No. EOIQFES100113 from suppliers of Electronic Incident Action Plan (eIAP) solutions.
The purpose of this EOI is to inform QFES of the market’s capability to provide solutions for tracking and management of personnel and assets during significant events and incidents.
Based on the responses received and subsequent evaluation of the EOI, QFES reserves the right to determine how to progress forward with any further processes relating to these solutions. This may include, but is not limited to, shortlisting for a closed Invitation to Offer (ITO), progressing to an open market ITO, or cancelling the EOI.
Respondents are required to review Section 3 Specifications of the EOI Expression of Interest Sections 1 to 4 document which outlines QFES's high level requirements for a potential solution. Respondents are to ensure they review all relevant documentation located on QTenders and ensure they complete and return Section 5 Response Form to express interest for this activity.
