Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (QPRC) is seeking Expressions of Interest for the management of the Queanbeyan Caravan Park and is prepared to consider a range of options in order to partner with the right proponent to grow the success of the park.
The 40 site caravan park is currently being refurbished and upgraded and is due for reopening in late early 2020.
The park, will be a short term stay facility catering mostly for recreational vehicles (RVs), caravans and camping. There will not be any cabins in the park.
The site is located at 41 Morisset Street, Queanbeyan, adjacent to the picturesque Queanbeyan River and is centrally located next to the Queanbeyan CBD and the award-winning Queen Elizabeth II Park and is only 17km from the Canberra city centre.

A. Management Contract Agreement
B. Lease or Licence Agreement
