Tender Description
Monash Health are seeking a suitable contractor to service the multiple Air Handling Units (AHU) currently installed across several sites.
The project scope includes:
- Initial site surveys to gain familiarity in equipment configuration and operational control.
- Undertaking servicing strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance requirements; or, in the absence of the manufacturer’s maintenance manual, in accordance with AIRAH DA 19 HVAC & R Maintenance Schedule requirements.
- Undertaking emergency call outs to repair failed plants.
- Preparing and maintaining chiller maintenance logs.
- Ensure that the asset register is developed to align with future AMAF requirements and PULSE data requirements.
- Reporting on prospective maintenance, repair and replacement requirements, and associated expenditure.
