Tender Description
The purpose of this offer is to establish a panel of reliable suppliers under a Standing Offer Arrangement capable of supplying cold mix asphalt and/or emulsion products in several forms to the Townsville and Cloncurry Depots and / or Ex Works as required. Transportation of the material is also in scope. It is anticipated that the new arrangement will run for a period of two (2) years.
